What Does 'America's Next Top Model' Cycle 22 Contestant Mikey Think Of Photo Shoots On The Show?
With the new cycle nearly closer to airing on The CW, the network has been releasing interviews with the contestants on YouTube so viewers can get to know them a bit better before the premiere.
On Monday, fans of America's Next Top Model were introduced to Delanie, who hails from Delaware.
Why Did Ashley Go Out For Cycle 22 Of 'America's Next Top Model'?
In the video, which is below, Delanie revealed she always dreamed of competing on this reality TV competition since she was a child.
"I went through a phase where I was overweight and bullied and I would look at these beautiful models and say, 'Oh I want to be like them.' So I just ended up chasing that dream and I'm actually here," she explained.
The hopeful then dished on her strengths and weaknesses heading into the steep competition.
"I take direction really well and I love working with people," she mused about her strengths since she "grew up singing and acting". Plus, she attended an arts school so taking direction is easy for her.
As for weaknesses, Delanie feels as though she doesn't have as much experience as others in the competition.
