"She's Kinda Hot" is not like their previously released tunes seeing as it carries a rockier sound. They have drifted from their much more poppy sound, but are still gaining great responses to the new song since the lyrical merit is still there. Plus, the band is showing growth through their sound.
Anyway, the single is climbing the charts around the world and their lyric video, which is below, have garnered "over 5 million views," which Calum Hood, Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford and Luke Hemmings are so proud of.

On Tuesday, the band continued to thank their loyal and supportive fans for embracing their new tune.
"You guys have really gotten behind our new song and it means the absolute world," they beamed, adding, "[T]hank you[,] thank you[,] thank you."
On Wednesday, Irwin added, "Thank you for sharing the revolution," with a cool graphic of some of the lyrics from the song.
In the tweet the drummer also self-promoted his band by including a link to buy the single off of iTunes.
