Former pro wrestler Hulk Hogan filed two lawsuits on Monday, Oct. 16 over the sex tape featuring him that was recorded without his knowledge and later posted on a website. In one lawsuit Hogan is seeking $100 million in damages from Gawker, the website that posted a one-minute portion of the footage on Oct.4. And in the second, Hogan is suing his best friend Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife, Heather Clem. The reality star is also seeking the rights to the video in both lawsuits.

Hulk Hogan announced that he will sue his best friend Bubba The Love Sponge for secretly taping his tryst with Bubba's then wife Heather Clem. The professional wrestling star will file the lawsuit in Florida with Clem as a co-defendant on the grounds of invasion of privacy, according to a report. The basis for the claim stems from the pair planning to film the sexual encounter. He claimed the couple had asked or two years to have sex with Clem before he actually agreed to it.

Details continue to unfold regarding the recent sex tape of wrestling superstar Hulk Hogan. While making an Oct. 9th appearance on "The Howard Stern Show," the 59-year-old confirmed the identity of his partner in the sexual lock, whom is Heather Clem, the 38-year-old ex-wife of his friend and radio host Bubba the Love Sponge.
