The first season of the wildly popular HBO series, True Detective, was so well received and many fans seemed surprised to learn that stars Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey would not be returning for a Season 2. Likewise, plenty show enthusiasts also spoke out about desiring to see woman portrayed in a more positive light on the series, and perhaps even in the starring spots. Well, two new Hollywood actresses have been added to the seemingly ever-growing list of potential female leads for the show.
