Two suspects have been charged with invasion of privacy in France for publishing the topless Kate Middleton pictures in French magazine Closer.

Prince William and Kate Middleton will make global healines again after they make a special announcement next month. The Royal Palace will share "wonderful, happy news," according to a report. A friend of Middleton's has revealed that the royal couple will confirm speculation about the Duchess of Cambridge's recent weight gain. Jessica Hay, a friend of the Duchess, told New Idea that "they're planning to make an announcement in December," - that Middleton is pregnant. Kate and William, both 30, became "focused on starting a family" after they attended a number of high profile events including the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics.

Just as the topless photo scandal involving Kate Middleton had begun to die down, reports surfaced on Sept. 28 that the last magazine to run the topless photos, Se og Hør would run new as-yet-seen "bottomless" photos.

Danish magazine Se Og Hor has published bottomless photos of Kate Middleton. The bottomless photos which shows the Duchess without her bikini bottom has made its way on the internet, with photos being available on sites such as Egotastic.
