Lindsey Vonn is staying focused on her main specialty amid her break-up from Tiger Woods.

Tiger Woods Opens Up On His 'Rough Year'

Giving some great inspiration for all, Vonn posted a new photo on Instagram last weekend of one of the things she does best- skiing.

In a new snapshot, the athlete wrote that she "tried her hardest," but "definitely struggled." She added that she'll be taking a little break before she gets back to the snow.

Lindsey Vonn 'Doesn't Regret Anything' With Tiger Woods

It's clear that Vonn has something to get her through her split from Woods earlier this year. As the months have gone by, the skier has been keeping busy with her athletic training.

Vonn was previously married to Thomas Vonn for five years before they called it quits. In an interview posted on New York Times, the skier mentioned that she got involved with Woods too soon after her divorce, which was not the greatest idea.

"Thomas was really my first boyfriend, so I didn't have a lot of dating experience," Vonn said. "So jumping into a relationship right away after getting a divorce was probably not the smartest move on my part."

Despite whatever happened between Vonn and Woods, the skier is still happy she was a part of the golfer's life.

"I don't regret anything," she said. "I loved Tiger, and I had an amazing three years with him. But it was a learning experience as well. With every relationship, you learn what you need and what you want in a partner."
