The new trailer for Jurassic World: Dominion is epic in more ways than one.

First, let's talk about the obvious way: This movie looks sick. The movie is taking the idea that one man had all those years ago - "What if dinosaurs walked among us?" and driving it to its most extreme answer; As a voiceover in the trailer says as some huge maw jumps out of the ocean and brings down a whole boat: "Humans and dinosaurs can't coexist."

Still, they're trying. It looks like this new film will, among other things, see Chris Pratt's character, Owen Grady, trying to keep one of his precious velociraptors - and her baby - safe from those who want to see all the dinosaurs exterminated, for the good of humanity.

Ok, now onto the coolest part - the original Jurassic world trio is BACK for this movie, and not just for a guest spot either. Between the diolague between Ellie Statler (Laura Dern) and Alan Grant (Sam Neill) and the fact that they appear alongside Pratt in the final scene of the trailer, it looks like they might be in it for the long haul - or at least, like a quarter of the haul.

There were also sparks flying between Staler and Grant in their first meeting in the trailer. The pair don't say much to one another, but there is a twinkle in both of their eyes as they reunite: There is still something between them, and it is a 'something' of the romantic bent for sure.

Jeff Goldblum as Ian Malcolm, of course, gets the final line of the trailer, lamenting almost to himself as they face off against a giant T-Rex: "Bigger...why do they always have to go bigger?"

The trailer also features beautiful music by the brilliant Michael Giacchino, who has been one of the biggest composers in Hollywood of late: He also composed the score for Spider-Man: No Way Home, as well as the upcoming films The Batman, Star Trek, and Lightyear.

Jurassic World: Dominion is slated to come out this summer, June 10th. You can watch the new trailer below:
