Over the past few months, Salma Hayek has been rocking the red carpet of several award-giving bodies as she starred in numerous films throughout 2021. However, her latest appearance had a wardrobe malfunction, which she proudly shared online.

The 55-year-old actress posted a side-by-side photo to her official Instagram account. She attempted to cover up a fashion mistake in her legs, which ultimately led her to flash her cleavage to the photographers accidentally.

"Sometimes in an effort to cover something other things show up more," the "Eternals" star captioned the post.

According to Insider, Hayek wore a purple velvet Gucci dress that featured a thigh slit. The first image showed her legs and a black lace lining exposed because of the wind.

The second snap showed the actress trying to cover up the mistake by leaning over to adjust the slit, but her cleavage was shown in the camera.

Salma Hayek's Other Wardrobe Malfunction This Month

This was not the only wardrobe malfunction incident that happened to the "House of Gucci" star this month, as she also encountered a mishap in the bathroom of this year's SAG Awards.

Hayek also took to the social media platform to share a video of what happened. In the caption, she explained one of her sheer gloves got stuck to SAG-AFTRA president Fran Drescher's dress.

"My glove got stuck on the great Fran Drescher's dress, so I got stuck in the bathroom right before I had to present the award to Michael Keaton who was also stuck in the bathroom," she wrote.

In the video, the two actresses can be seen talking to each other.

As an assistant did her best to remove Hayek's glove from "The Nanny" actor's embellished gown, the actress told Hayek how magnificent she was in the Ridley Scott film before reminiscing about how they always randomly run into each other, including the time in Paris, France.

The situation was resolved as Hayek was able to go up on stage and present the award for outstanding performance by a male actor in a television movie or limited series.

Micheal Keaton won the award for his role in "Dopesick," but he was late on stage as he was also stuck in the "packed" men's bathroom.
