Television personality Chrissy Teigen gets vulnerable on her pregnancy journey with John Legend after dealing with a past miscarriage.

In a recent interview with People, the "Cravings by Chrissy Teigen" founder opened up about the difficult time in her motherhood journey. Chrissy, who is currently expecting, expressed that she had changed since suffering the miscarriage, but is still hurting after two years.

"But, of course, it still hurts. And, of course, you still go through it and you learn how important it is to be able to take care of yourself and go to therapy and to talk to people about any worries or anxieties you might be having."

In early September, singer John Legend shared his feelings to The Hollywood Reporter about the difficult time and stated that it made their relationship "stronger".

How Chrissy Copes After Their Loss

The 36-year-old television personality shared how she was able to deal with the tragic incident and attributes the support and empathy of others to help her heal. According to Chrissy, she found comfort and strength in how other people shared and got through their similar losses.

"I think that it's important that more people keep talking about it and more people talk about their losses, so people know that they're not alone in all that." Chrissy explained. "Because I think one of the hardest parts about it is you just feel like, 'Am I the only person? Why is it not working for me?'"
