'Supernatural' Season 10 Spoilers: Could Dean's Demon Problem Have Happy Ending? Misha Collins & Jared Padalecki Talk Moving On As Normal [VIDEO]
Supernatural's Dean Winchester now has a pair of shiny black eyes, but the hunter's move to the dark side might have a humerous silver lining.
The likelihood that Dean's (Jensen Ackles) little demonic problem involves a happy ending is slim to none, but Supernatural's Misha Collins (Castiel) and Jared Padalecki (Sam) entertained that very idea during a panel at Rome's fifth annual Jus In Bello (Jib) Con.
"I love the idea that Dean is a demon now but everything goes along just as it did before," Collins said, laughing at the possibility of a pleasant outcome from Dean's current situation.
If Dean were to continue on as his regular self, there are several interesting pranks the rest of Team Free Will could pull on him.
"Well we could always shot him because it won't kill him, right?" Padalecki posited. "Yeah, so lots of gun fire and some holy water in the shower. Demon Dean's going to be showering [and then you hear], 'Aww, guys! Again?!'"
As amusing as these scenarios could be, Ackles believes there is something else in store for the dead hunter.
"You've got to think about the fact that he's got the Mark of Cain as well," Ackles said at Jib Con. "So you look back at what that was for Cain and the power that he had against other demons. So is Dean going to be this ultra-powerful demon, and therefore be ultra bad? I don't know. I will say that I'm looking forward to exploring what that means and where that's going to take the story."
