One of the stars of Netflix's popular prison comedy-drama Orange is the New Black has revealed a few details on what's ahead for her polarizing character.

Taryn Manning, who plays born again Christian prisoner Pennsatucky on Orange is the New Black, shared some news on the Emmy red carpet Monday night on how the audience will feel about her character in Season 3.

"There will be more surprises and moments coming where you're like, 'I love Pennsatucky!' And then moments where you're like, 'I want to kill her,'" Manning teased to E! Online. "There's more fun stuff coming for her. I'm excited for people to see that she's just like everyone else. We're all human in a sense. Everyone can make a mistake -- but some people aren't right in the head and they're disturbed -- but I think she's going to be all right. I can't be sure because she's unpredictable and I love that about her."

Orange is the New Black Snubbed At Emmy Telecast, Taylor Schilling, Kate Mulgrew Lose

Pennsatucky was more or less the primary antagonist in the first season of Orange is the New Black, culminating in a battle with her and Piper (Taylor Schilling) in the finale.

She was mostly sidelined in Season 2, though she had an arc where she became friends with Healy (Michael J. Harney) and helped him facilitate a therapy group in the prison. She also received some new teeth after her fight with Piper.

Orange is the New Black is currently streaming its first two seasons on Netflix. The third season is expected to come in Summer 2015.
