Photographers caught actress Demi Moore having fun at a beach party in Miami on Wednesday with other celebrities and her new boyfriend Vito Schnabel.

Dressed in a gray romper and sporting black rimmed glasses, the 50-year-old danced at Soho Beach House in Miami at a party also attended by musician Lenny Kravitz and "Dancing With the Stars" alum Stacey Keibler. See pictures here.

Schnabel was at the party as well and though they were not photographed together, E! reported that an eyewitness saw him and Moore making out at the event and that they are "definitely a couple."

The source also said about Moore, "She is definitely more down to party than Vito... She was most ready to party than anyone else in the room."

The mother of three was reportedly in Florida for Art Basel, an art show that started Wednesday. Her and Schnabel have been rumored to be dating since they met at one of Naomi Campbell's parties last month. The 26-year-old is an art dealer and the son of Oscar-nominated film director Julian Schnabel.

Moore and Vito were first spotted dancing with each other at Campbell's party and has since been "quietly spending time together," according to sources.

"They were dancing and grinding all over each other, openly, in front of other guests," an onlooker said about the couple.

However, sources close to Vito said he and Moore are "just hanging out," and the actress' reps have not yet commented on her relationship status. Rumer Willis, Moore's 24-year-old daughter with Bruce Willis, is reportedly upset that her mother is dating the art dealer.

'She was pretty annoyed to hear any of it because all of them know Vito,' a source said. "They have friends in common. It's too close to home."

Moore split from her ex-husband Ashton Kutcher in 2011 after six years of marriage. Divorce proceedings have not concluded yet and reports suggested that the actress is deliberately stalling the process because she is angry that the "Two and A Half Men" actor moved on to date Mila Kunis soon after the marriage ended.
