Actress Katie Holmes will go all out for the holiday season and buy her daughter Suri Cruise a present costing $24,000, according to Britain's The Daily Mail.

Holmes reportedly settled on buying her 6-year-old a Grand Victorian Playhouse from the U.S. company Sweet Retreat Kids that will be installed in the garden of the home they share together. The playhouse will come fully equipped with running water and electricity. Additional features of the house include sunrooms, media rooms, kitchens, dining rooms, intercoms connected to the main home, picket fences, a stucco exterior and garages to store Cruise's riding toys. The luxury playhouse also has heating and air conditioning.

Sweet Retreat Kids allows customers to choose between buying miniature replicas of ones own personal home or design a unique playhouse in a certain style or theme. In the hands of expert builders and professional interior designers, everything is carefully selected to the customer's choice including cabinetry in the kitchen, designer doorknobs, kitchen appliances and child sized upholstered furniture.

The average ceiling height of the playhouse is 8 inches, meaning it can be enjoyed by adults as well. The company's website noted that the playhouse approximately costs $24,000 but can vary based on the amenities included.

The Sun reported that Holmes will buy other Christmas presents for her daughter as well, including an iPad mini and a children's version of a Mercedes-Benz car.

However, Holmes may have to give the presents before or after the actual holiday since Tom Cruise recently revealed that he will spend Christmas with Suri at his Los Angeles home, along with his other children Connor and Isabella. At the London premiere of "Jack Reacher" last week, Tom said, 'We have got lots of very special things planned [for the holidays]. We are all going to be together. I am looking forward to it."
