14 Years ago today was a day that no American will ever forget.

September 11, 2001 will always be a day which lives in infamy and stays in the hearts of everyone, as they all remember where they were when they heard that four planes had been hijacked by terrorists and that three had crashed into the Twin Towers in New York and the Pentagon in Washington D.C. And everyone remembers where they were when they heard that the two towers had fallen.

2,977 people lost their lives that day in the attacks. Now, 14 years later, many celebrities and others have taken to social media to express memories and condolences for the families whose loved ones were lost that day-and urging Americans to never forget, and to always remember what it means to unite together.

 As I'm remembering those who served on this day, those innocent lives, those moms, dads, sons, daughters, family.... As I remember the day we cried as a NATION. The day we all mourned for each other and strangers.. I can't help but to see what America has became years after this attack! You turn on the news today, you see our people attacking each other, attacking those who serve and protect our streets, you see Americans burning and destroying and killing. You see fights over race, gender, straights, gays, FLAGS, what happened to us? Remember this day, 9/11/01? When we hugged the necks of strangers? Regardless of who they were or what they looked like? We have to stand together!! I am one little girl who can't change the world, but my son is going to be raised in this nation and I pray he knows the strength of American people. Not the chaos that's here today. It takes one person to make a change, treat people better, if you hear someone make a racist or gay or crazy negative comment about others- remind them this is America the land of the free and be A POSITIVE. Take a stand for what's right and take a stand for your country!!!!!!! Love yall! And GOD BLESS AMERICA!!!!!!
