It looks like George and Amal Clooney have finally managed to find a little time for each other. The couple celebrated their one-year anniversary with a low-key dinner at the Sunset Tower Hotel's Tower Bar in West Hollywood, Calif. this past weekend.

The couple, who tied the knot in a lavish, star-studded ceremony in Venice last year, managed to keep the paparazzi at bay with their simple dinner and quiet night with just the two of them, according to Xpose on Tuesday.

An eyewitness said, "It was a lovely, quiet romantic meal, just the two of them.''

Another source said: ''They stayed a few hours. They celebrated with champagne and both of them were all dressed up for the occasion. She had on a fancy dress and gorgeous jewelry.''

The Hollywood actor recently joked that he's the arm candy in the relationship, as he considers his International Human Rights Lawyer wife to be the "brain" of their relationship.

Asked what his role is in their marriage, he said: ''Shiny and pretty - that's mostly what I do now.''
