Is Amal Clooney about to quit her day job? Apparently, that's what everyone can't help but wonder as George Clooney's wife has received yet another blow in the courtroom as she lost her Armenian genocide human rights appeal.

According to Yahoo News on Friday, Amal and her team of lawyers were denied an appeal before Europe's top human rights court to uphold a conviction against a man for denying the 1915 Armenian genocide.

Reports say that more than 1.5 million Armenians were killed by Ottoman Turks during the same time as World War 1. Many historians call is the first genocide of the 20th century. Turkey has denied that the deaths were part of a genocide, insisting that hose killed were victims of the civil war.

Still, this hasn't helped Amal's reputation at all, as she has been heavily criticized for losing most of her cases ever since she married Hollywood actor George Clooney in a star-studded wedding last year. In fact, many of her critics are saying that she is focusing too much on being a celebrity rather than a lawyer.

Just last month, Amal failed to help three Al-Jazeera journalists in Egypt. They were sentenced to three years in prison for airing "false news," according to an Egyptian court.

Many Daily Mail commenters believe Amal is spending too much time focusing on her Hollywood lifestyle with her husband George rather than on her work as an international lawyer.

One critic wrote, "Amal is a sham. She has never led a case nor won a case and is still listed as a junior at her law firm. She's only leeching on to Clooney's famous name," along with, "She lost ANOTHER case. She's AWFUL. Perhaps there was a tequila party with the Egyptian 1% to attend after playing lawyer for an hour or so?"

Another commenter wrote, "Mrs Clooney loses another case. Has she actually ever defended anyone successfully? She's too busy worrying about her hair and best side for the camera instead of focusing on her client."
