Amal Clooney News 2015: Husband George Clooney Ruins Her Chances Of Becoming First Lady [VIDEO]
Unlike Donald Trump, Kanye West and even Lindsay Lohan, it doesn't look like George Clooney wants to run for President of the United Sates someday. Even though there have been rumors stating that the Hollywood actor was interested in dabbling in politics at one point, he says that the job would be "like hell."

And that means that his AMAZING wife Amal Clooney won't ever have a chance in ever becoming the First Lady of the United States...for now, at least.
At a recent press conference to promote the new Sandra Bullock film Our Brand Is Crisis (which Clooney produced), the Academy-Award winner responded to a question about a possible future stint in politics, since the film is about American political consultants working in the Bolivian presidential election. "I've been asked that for almost 20 years now and the answer is just no," Clooney said. "Who would ever want to live like that? I'm friends with a lot of those guys and I just think it's hell.''
Even with his comments, George says that doesn't mean he doesn't respect those who choose to be politicians but at the same time has plenty of sympathy from them, too.
The big-screen star added, "I commend people who go into public service because it's such a horrible way to get elected, it's such a horrible time while you're in office. I think people will argue over things they believed in six or eight years ago because it's not their guy saying it.''
Sadly, this decision means that Amal can never be the first lady...but it doesn't rule out the chance that SHE could run for office (except the Presidency, since she's not a natural-born US citizen). We'd vote for her.
