According to Naughty Gossip on Thursday, the Hollywood pair adopted a 4-year-old Basset Hound mix named Millie. Even though the couple adopted the pup near Los Angeles, there is a good chance that the latest addition to the family will be living with the couple full-time at their Estate in England.
The San Gabriel Valley Humane Society released a short statement about the adoption on their website. "They were searching for a basset hound and saw Millie's picture on Petfinder," it read. "They did a meet and greet with her and spent time introducing her to their other rescue, a Cocker Spaniel named Louie."
George and Amal tied the knot in a lavish, star-studded ceremony in Venice last year. This is the first marriage for Amal and the second for George, who was married to actress Talia Balsam back in 1988.
