The future isn't looking so bright for Abby Lee Miller. The Dance Moms star is already being called the "next Teresa Giudice" as the reality television star has pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of fraud.

ABC News says that the controversial reality television star was hit with 20 counts of fraud for allegedly trying to hide her income when she declared bankruptcy back in 2010. That year Miller filed a petition to reorganize her Pittsburgh, Penn. studio, the Abby Lee Dance Company.

According to Page Six this week, Miller is doing whatever she can to stay out of jail, as she paid a bond of $10,000 and entered a plea of not guilty. She also requested a trial jury with the site noting that there are no restrictions on her domestic and international travel plans.

What's more, her hearing on Monday was actually scheduled for Nov. 5, but the reality star managed to move the date up so it wouldn't interfere with her filming of Dance Moms in Los Angeles.

It is also being alleged that the controversial dance instructor hid more than $755,000 in earnings from the Lifetime reality series produced by Collins Avenue Entertainment - including having payments made to her mother instead of her.

So far, Miller has not made any public statements about the allegations.
