Leah Messer is reportedly heading to court with Corey Simms. However, on social media, the Teen Mom 2 star is staying silent about her upcoming fight.

Aside from a new re-tweet, which can be seen below, the mother of three and longtime reality star has failed to address allegations of having stolen from her 5-year-old daughters, Ali and Aleeah.

What Did 'Teen Mom 2' Leah Messer Share On Facebook After Corey Simms' Third Child Arrived?

Earlier today, a report hit the web, claiming a court date has been set for a legal battle between Simms and Messer after Simms accused his ex-wife stole at least $10,000 from their daughter Ali's trust fund, and an additional $10,000 or more from Aleeah's account, as well.

“[Corey Simms] is taking Leah to court. He is furious that she took that money,” an MTV source told In Touch Weekly on Wednesday. “That was the girls’ money — not Leah’s. [Corey Simms]’s going to do whatever he can to make sure it’s put back.”

“She has made a lot of bad financial decisions,” the show source continued, citing Messer's eye for pricey products.

“[Corey Simms] adores those kids, and you better believe that he’s going to make sure that Leah doesn’t do anything to jeopardize their future,” the source added.
