Adele is having a huge year. After the record-smashing release of her latest album, 25, the 27-year-old mother to Angelo James Konecki has made a hugely inspiring and loving statement during her December interview with Time Magazine.

"He makes me so proud of myself, and he makes me like myself so much. I've never not liked myself. I don't have hangups like that. But I'm so proud of myself that I made him in my belly ... I can't wait to know who his best friends are going to be, who his girlfriend or his boyfriend is going to be or what movies he likes ... Whatever my kid wants to do or be I will always support him no matter what."

As reported by The Huffington Post, Adele has been vocal in the past about her support for LGBTQ community. In a 2011 cover feature with Out Magazine, Adele showed her support by sharing, "I get a lot of mail from people who tell me that I make them really happy to be themselves, and really comfortable with who they are, which I love." Never seeming to be motivated by the prospect of fame or undeserved attention, the singer continues to provide fans with a seamlessly poignant and matter of fact insight on love, both in and out of her lyrics. The Grammy and Academy Award winning singer jokingly added that Beyonce comes in at a close second to her favorite 3-year-old.
