A new video has surfaced of shooting suspect Christopher Dorner that was captured by a store's security camera just two days prior to his alleged murder spree.

The respective footage, which was acquired by TMZ, shows Dorner purchasing scuba gear at a Sport Chalet located on Hawthorne Boulevard in Torrance, Calif. on Feb. 1.

Tow days later, Keith Lawrence and his fiancé Monica Quan were gunned down inside the parking garage of their Irvine condominium complex.

The video reveals Dorner carrying two small, yellow scuba tanks that he had refilled with oxygen at the store, states the gossip website.

It then shows the alleged killer walking up to the checkout counter with the two yellow tanks, as well as a large, black scuba tank.

Dorner, who had been a member of a Naval undersea warfare unit, can be seen paying for the items with cash before leaving the premises.

KTLA reports that after the suspect committed the murders, he stayed overnight at a motel in the Manhattan Beach area.

The Los Angeles City Council is expected to add another $100,000 to the $1 million bounty leading to the capture of Dorner, who still remains at large.

"This is the largest local reward ever offered, to our knowledge. This is an act of domestic terrorism. This is a man who has targeted those that we entrust to protect the public. His actions cannot go unanswered," Los Angeles Police Chief Charlie Beck said at a news conference.

The bounty for Dorner was put together by the U.S. government, business establishments, local law enforcement leaders and individual donors, Beck said. The respective reward comes on the fourth day of a manhunt for the missing killer, who has put Southern California in a state of panic after going on a killing spree last week to avenge his termination from the police force.

In a 6,000 word 'manifesto' that surfaced on the Internet on Feb. 9, Dorner said he would keep up with the killings until the truth is known about his unfair case.
