Ciara News 2016: Chart Topper Angering Future With Latest Comments? [VIDEO]
No matter how hard Future might try, it looks like nothing is getting under Ciara's skin these days. In fact, the chart topper is brushing off her ex-fiance's attempts at publicly embarrassing her by having his fans post "Purple Reign" emojis on her social networking accounts. Unfortunately, it didn't work as planned.
According to E! News on Friday, both Ciara and her boyfriend, NFL quarterback Russell Wilson actually thought that the emojis "were funny" and nothing more. Critics have been posting on to Ciara's Instagram page ever since Wilson and the Seattle Superhawks lost to the Carolina Panthers in a playoff game last week. Many think that Wilson is losing his mojo because of his girlfriend while also trying to taunt the couple with references to her ex Future and his latest release, "Purple Reign."
A source close to Ciara though says that she's not very bothered about it, though while there's speculation that Future won't be pleased to hear it.
"Ciara and Russell actually thought all of the Purple Reign comments and emojis were funny. It really didn't faze the two of them at all," a source close to the couple dished, adding, "Ciara is in the best place in her life now and has no energy or focus on Future. Her only focus is on baby Future and Russell. She knows fans will be fans and stuff like that is expected."
Luckily for Future though, his ex isn't one to retaliate.
"She has always thought Future was an extremely talented artist," the insider added. "She won't knock him ever on his craft because she is way too mature for that."
So far Ciara herself has not made any comments about the social media attacks. Keep up with Enstars for all the latest news on Ciara, Russell Wilson and all of your favorite celebrity couples right here.
