Another GOP debate is taking place tonight, but the number of participating candidates will be the smallest yet.

Now that Dr. Ben Carson has all but dropped out of the race for presidency, we are down to just four major contenders: Sen. Ted Cruz, Gov. John Kasich, Sen. Marco Rubio and businessman Donald Trump. All four will be on the debate stage in Detroit, Mich. at the Fox Theatre tonight.

Fox News is hosting the debate, with anchors Megyn Kelly, Bret Baier and Chris Wallace serving as moderators. The debate begins at 9 p.m. ET.

As Trump's momentum continues, this will be the most crucial debate yet for Cruz, Kasich and Rubio. Trump won seven of 11 states on Super Tuesday, nabbing victories in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Massachusetts, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia. Cruz picked up wins in Alaska, Oklahoma and his home state of Texas, while Rubio won his first state, Minnesota. Kasich has yet to win a state.

Trump currently has 319 delegates (out of the necessary 1,237 needed for nomination). Cruz has 226, Rubio has 110 and Kasich has 25.
