The New York Rangers (13-11) will go up against the Pittsburgh Penguins (20-8) in a Saturday afternoon matchup at the CONSOL Energy Center.

Although it may indeed be a close race in the Atlantic Division, Sidney Crosby and the Penguins appear to be considerably better than their competition, which shouldn't come as much of a shocker to the Rangers. With the hope of staying undefeated in March, Pittsburgh will go for its seventh straight win over New York.

The Penguins are appearing more and more like the hockey team to beat in the Atlantic, with a fairly big lead over the second-place New Jersey Devils.

Pittsburgh, which is tied with the Montreal Canadians for the Eastern Conference lead, is putting up an average of 3.6 goals per game, an NHL best. Even more impressive, the Penguins are averaging 4.6 during its 7-0-0 run in March.

The team's success is largely to do with Crosby, who currently leads the NHL with 47 points. He gave another outstanding performance in Pittsburgh's 3-1 victory at Toronto, setting up Pascal Dupuis' game-tying and go-ahead goals in the third period.
