Lindsey Lohan missed a flight to Los Angeles on Saturday to go clubbing.

The actress is scheduled to go to court on Monday to begin her trial for allegedly lying to police after crashing on the Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu in June, according to MSN News..

Though she had booked a flight from New York to Los Angeles, Lohan skipped out in order to see the band City of the Sun play at the Red Door club in Manhattan, according to TMZ.

An updated report stated that Lohan made a last-minute JFK flight in time for her trial.

Lohan still doesn't know whether she has someone to represent her, since her current counselor Mark Heller has been questioned by the judge about his familiarity with California state law, according to Mail Online. Heller currently practices in New York.

The actress, 26, won't receive special treatment in her court case despite her lawyer trying to agree a deal with prosecutors to prevent a trial.

Heller sought assistance from respected Orange County criminal law firm Wallin & Klarich for a lawyer for Lohan. The firm offered up Fox News legal analyst David Wohl.

Wohl, a 24-year veteran of the California court system, has reportedly agreed to take on the case, but Lindsay has not yet signed on the agreement to be represented.
