Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Jacoby Jones doesn't like being a bench warmer but because of a minor knee surgery he spent most of the latest rehearsals for Dancing With the Stars watching his partner Karina Smirnoff.

But he definitely proved himself to be a great visual learner and seemed as surprisingly natural doing the Cha Cha on Monday as he does when he is dancing in the endzone after scoring a touchdown. He had the hip movements and never seemed out of step.

Len Goodman said that even though the performance was hot, the technique was off, which earned a lot of boos. Bruno Tonioli said Jones could "grind it" as well as he had seen people grind it in the past seasons. Tonioli added that Jones had the goods but has to control his posture.

In the end, Jones and Smirnoff earned a 20 out of 30. The Super Bowl champ was out of breath afterward saying there aren't any plays in NFL that last as long as that routine.

Jones has big shoes to fill as another NFL played dancing on the show, since Pittsburg Steeler Hines Ward and Greenbay Packer Donald Driver have all won in their respective seasons.
