Jodi Arias' first-degree murder trial will resume on Tuesday for the 2008 Arizona killing of her ex-boyfriend Travis Alexander. Fans of the trial can watch the free live stream below.

Richard Samuels, a PhD psychologist, testified on March 14 that Arias has post-traumatic stress disorder. Samuels supported Arias' "foggy" memory issues she claimed is the reason why she cannot recall how and exactly when she stabbed her victim at least 27 times.

Prosecutor Juan Martinez cross examined Samuels on Monday shortly after he testified that Arias experienced memory loss brought on by severe trauma and stress. Martinez undermined Samuels by revealing that because Arias lied many times, she does not have PTSD. During the intense questioning, Samuels admitted that he made a few mistakes.

Samuels said on the witness stand that he gave Arias the PTSD test 15 times and the accuracy depends on the honesty of the person taking the test. Samuels admitted that Arias took the test before she admitted to killing Alexander, when she said he was killed by two intruders.

Martinez pointed out one of several lies she wrote on the test-Arias said she had never been raped, but testified during trial that Alexander forced her to have sex. He then added if she lied on the PTSD tests then it hurts the validity of the diagnosis.

Samuels then admitted that he did not give Arias the PTSD test after she admitted she killed Alexander. He said it was an "oversight" on his part and that he should have had her take it again after she confessed to the brutal crime because the accuracy of the test is based on honesty.

Arias was charged for the brutal 2008 murder of her ex-lover Alexander, a 30-year-old Mormon motivational speaker. Arias stabbed her victim over 27 times, slit his throat from ear to ear and shot him in the head. His body was discovered the day he was killed: June 4, 2008. Arias lied twice at first about how he died and later admitted that she killed him in an act of self-defense.

If Arias is convicted of the murder and the lies that she confessed to, she will likely face the death penalty and become the fourth woman in Arizona's history to die by lethal injection.
