Retailers Lululemon has recalled its popular Luon black yoga pants because the sheer material was too revealing.

Customers will be offered full refunds or exchanges, according to the Associated Press.

The company is warning of a shortage of the yoga pants, which were a very popular item. The yoga pants, which were also considered one of the retailer's staple products, make up 17 percent of all women's pants in the store.

The AP reported that shares for Lululemom (LULU) dropped more than 5 percent before Tuesday's opening bell and one analyst stripped the company of its "buy" rating.

The cost of shares for Lululemon, which has been popular among yoga enthusiasts, went from less than $3 in 2009 to an impressive $65 in 2013.

The retailer cut its first-quarter revenue forecast because of the recall, and reportedly anticipates first-quarter revenue to be between $333 million to $343 million.

Sam Poser of Sterne, Agee & Leach said there appears to be major quality control problems in Asia and it seems Lululemon doesn't have proper oversight in its factories. Lululemon has been using the same factories for its fabrics since 2004, according to the AP.
