Shooter 'Killer' T-Shirt: T.J. Lane Chardon High School Shooter Flips Finger in Courtroom and Wears Offending Shirt [VIDEO]
T.J. Lane, 18, who killed 3 and seriously injured another 3 when he went on a shooting rampage in an Ohio High School last year, pleaded guilty last month to aggravated murder and other charges. He appeared in court today wearing a white t-shirt with the word "Killer" written on it.
Lane also flipped his middle finger to the courtroom, according to CBS. The teenager killed three teens and seriously injured three other at Chardon High School in February 2012. He has been sentenced to life in prison without parole.
Daniel Parmertor, 16, Demetrius Hewlin, 16, and Russell King Jr., 17, were killed in the shooting. Parmertor's mother told the judge during the trial that she wanted Lane to have the maximum sentence. "I want him to suffer the rest of his life, the way I suffer the rest of my life without Danny," she said, according to CBS.
Lane showed no sympathy during the trial. The judge, David. L. Fuhry, sentenced Lane to life in prison because of his lack of remorse and motive. Lane was 17 when he committed the crime. His young age prevented him from receiving the death penalty for his deadly crime.
Lane opened fire when he was waiting for a bus and reportedly attended an alternative high school for students who didn't perform well in traditional schools.
