'Damn Daniel' VIDEO: Viral Phrase Is Being Used To Protest Against Donald Trump [PHOTOS]
'Damn Daniel' has garnered so much popularity that it's being used to protest against Donald Trump.
In a series of tweets that have been posted in the last few days, people who are anti-Trump for president have gotten creative with their own picket signs to get the Republican candidate out of the running. People are using the viral phrase 'Damn Daniel' to say 'Damn Donald.'
And instead of Trump being at it with the white vans in the way Daniel was, Trump is "back at it" with other things that the public is not supporting.
The trend of 'Damn Daniel' began when a teenager in Riverside, California named Josh Holz recorded his friend Daniel Lara in a series of clips at school where he said the phrase 'Damn Daniel' over and over. At one point, he says "back at it again with the white vans" where Holz lets out his cackle.
Holz and Lara even made an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show to discuss their new and unexpected fame.
"It was just out of nowhere," Holz said. "I just came up out of Daniel after school. I was just like, alright, I'm gonna post this on my Snapchat story. So I took a video of him, I was just like, Damn Daniel, just out of nowhere. And everyone started to love it."
