Lindsay Lohan Nightclubs, Spotted In Hollywood Hours After Car Crash Trial [VIDEO]
Just hours after pleading no contest to reckless driving and other charges, Lindsay Lohan headed to a nightclub in Hollywood.
She reportedly arrived at AV Nightclub in the back seat of a black Escalade and tried to cover herself from being photographed by wrapping up in a blanket, E! reported. In the end she chose not to enter the club and drove off with her group instead.
The 26-year-old actress, who was reportedly falling asleep in court on Monday morning after missing her flight from New York, refused a 30-day house arrest deal because she reportedly didn't want to wear a drug and alcohol monitoring SCRAM bracelet, according to Radar Online.
"Judge Dabney offered the possibility of a 30 day house arrest sentence but insisted that as part of the deal Lindsay would have to wear a SCRAM bracelet which detects any consumption of alcohol or drugs," said a source close to the situation. "Prosecutors were absolutely stunned Lohan turned down the offer, and chose instead to go to a lock down rehab for 90 days!"
Although Lohan will be serving 90 days in rehab, she may be seen yet again in the party mode at least one more time- she has until May 2 to prove she's enrolled in a treatment center.
