Jeremy Calvert and Brooke Wehr flew to New York City last week, where he and his co-stars filmed the Teen Mom 2 reunion.

During their trip, Calvert and Wehr did some sight-seeing, and ventured out for a meal with Corey Simms and his wife, Miranda, just as they did in Los Angeles last year when they filmed the Teen Mom 2 season six reunion.

"[Brooke Wehr], [Miranda Simms] & no Instagram Corey dinner and drinks great night," Calvert captioned a photo from their double date.

As fans of the show are well-aware, Calvert and Simms have a common ex-wife, Leah Messer. Simms was married to Messer for just six months, ending in 2011, while Calvert was married to the mother of three from April 2012 until they parted ways in late 2014 amid rumors of infidelity.

Just last week, a source told The Ashley's Reality Roundup that Calvert would not be returning to the show for season eight.

“Jeremy is over it,” the source explained. “He’s tired of being attached to this show, and now that he and Leah are divorced, he doesn’t want to be part of her drama. He’s tired of dealing with all the negativity that comes from him being on the show, too.”

Calvert also wants his daughter with messer, 3-year-old Adalynn, removed from the series.
