Kim Kardashian gave birth to her son Saint West back in December, but it looks like the reality star is taking things real slow when it comes to getting back her pre-pregnancy body.

In fact, the celebrity mother-of-two's own nutritionist is spilling all of Kim's diet secrets and how she plans on looking her better than she's ever done before.

According to Glamour, Kim's nutritionist and good friend Colette Heimowitz is spilling all the deets on Kim's journey in getting back to her pre-pregnancy clothes. Apparently, she's only focused on losing two pounds a week while sticking to a 1,800 calorie-per-day diet.

Because Kim is still breastfeeding her 4-month-old tot, Colette says that every meal has to include protein, which she pairs with high-fiber foods and healthy fats. But she is staying away from sugar, sweets, cakes, crackers, white flour, white rice."

Colette further explains, "Four to six ounces of protein, four ounces of cheese, eight to 10 servings of veggies, and two tablespoons of added fat. The secret is [to] pick high-fiber carbohydrates that slow the release of sugar into the bloodstream. [So] instead of white rice you have a little brown rice. Instead of a white potato you could have a yam. And [when you want] dessert, you can make one with Splenda instead of sugar."

This is the second go-round for Kim, as she previously struggled to shed off the post-pregnancy pounds when she was pregnant with her daughter North West back in 2013.
