Now that her husband Joe Giudice is in behind bars, is Teresa Giudice having second thoughts about her marriage? That's what her fans can't help but wonder as there's a new report that says the reality television star is going to have limited visitation access and rights during Joe's 41-month sentence for multiple counts of bankruptcy fraud.

According to Star Magazine on Tuesday, Teresa is already at a loss as she won't be able to see her husband - who is serving his sentence in Fort Dix, New Jersey - as often as she would like with the couple's four children.

Sources close to the controversial star say that she's already feeling devastated and heartbroken over the fact that her family might not ever be the same again. There have been rumors suggesting that Joe might flea to his native Italy after he completes his jail time.

The site says that Joe can only receive visitors on Sundays, Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays - but weekend and holiday visits are few and limited. What's more, he'll only get four points per month to redeem for weekend or holiday visits. Unfortunately, once those points are up, so are his visits.

To make matters worse, wife Teresa can't bring any of her homemade cooking, treats or gifts for her husband. This also includes newspapers, magazines, cameras, cell phones, personal keys and pictures.

It's uncertain if the couple's four daughters Gia, Gabriella, Milania and Audriana plan on seeing their father behind bars as well.
