The Miami Heat (55-14) will look for their 27th consecutive victory when they take on the Orlando Magic (18-52) at the Amway Center on Monday.

Earlier in the month, the Heat needed a clutch shot by LeBron James to overcome the Magic and keep its amazing winning streak intact. However, injuries to Orlando's two top scorers will more than likely keep them from coming that close against Miami this time around.

Despite the team's extremely impressive run in the win column, James and the Heat would surely prefer to start their games more effectively in order to take the pressure of themselves later in games.

"We've been having some slow starts. But it's not how we start. It's how we finish," James told ESPN.

Miami's current roll will indeed be tested at some point within their current four-game road trip, as they'll square off against the Chicago Bulls, New Orleans Hornets and San Antonio Spurs after its matchup with Orlando.

The Heat continue to close in on the Los Angeles Lakers 33-game winning streak in 1971-72.
