Corey Simms hasn't been very active on social media since he returned to Twitter earlier this year, but luckily for fans of Teen Mom 2, his father, Jeff Simms, has kept fans in the loop with the lives of his daughters, 6-year-old Ali and Aleeah, and 5-month old Remington.

After posting a number of Easter photos of the girls at the end of last month, Jeff returned to Instagram, where he shared a photo of Ali and Aleeah playing T-ball.

"Twins are good T ball players! #aligrace," Jeff wrote in the caption of the photo.

In the comments section of his photo, Jeff went on to explain the idea of T-ball.

"They both do well at T ball and have fun playing on their team. At the T ball level everyone is just learning the basics. Ali and Gracie enjoy playing on a team together. It's also easier for the parents to get them to one practice versus two... It's about having fun and being on a team with friends at T ball stage."

After taking part in Teen Mom 2 season five, in which he and wife Miranda confronted Leah Messer about her alleged drug problem, Corey received tons of backlash online, and in turn, he decided to take a step back from filming season six.

“Corey feels MTV did him dirty,” a friend of Corey's told Radar Online. “He thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, ‘This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is the reality.’ Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason.”

“Corey told MTV just what he thought about the situation, and said that he and Miranda would not film nearly as much as in past seasons,” the friend said. “Producers understood.”
