WWE Smackdown Spoilers: Results For March 29 Taping, Road To 'Wrestlemania 29' Continues
As the road to Wrestlemania 29 continues, Pennsylvania wrestling fans were surely not disappointed with the March 29 Smackdown taping in Hershey.
The WWE Heavyweight champion, The Rock, was as electrifying as ever, as he came to the ring to a huge standing ovation and proceeded to tell fans about his early years living just around the corner in Bethlehem, Pa.
To top it off, The People's Champion even brought out a Hershey candy bar to prove his authenticity.
While no titles switched hands during Smackdown, the WWE gave its universe a fair amount of in-ring action and Wrestlemania 29 buildup.
Following his victory over Intercontinental champion Wade Barrett, Y2J Chris Jericho made it public knowledge that he wants another shot against Barrett, but with the respective title strap on the line.
After exchanging haymakers in the taping's opening matchup, Jericho executed the Codebreaker on Barrett. After notching his victory over the English wrestler, he acknowledged that he'll be looking to take out WWE's newest superstar Fandago next, who had ambushed Y2J after he lost to Jack Swagger.
Fandago came out during Jericho's promo only to have Jericho poke fun at his name and dancing.
One week after dominating 3MB on last week's Smackdown, the team of Randy Orton, Sheamus and Big Show were up to their winning ways again when they prevailed against The Rhodes Scholars and Antonio Cesaro.
The match featured Sheamus slapping Cesaro across the ring and Orton getting some solid hits on Cody Rhodes. However, the action was ultimately ended when The Great White hit Rhodes with the Brogue Kick.

Chris Jericho defeated Wade Barrett (non-title match)
Daniel Bryan and Kaitlyn (with Kane) defeated Dolph Ziggler and AJ Lee (with Big E Langston)
Jack Swagger (with Zeb Colter) vs The Great Khali (with Natalya and Hornswoggle) resulted in a double count out.
Sheamus, Randy Orton and The Big Show defeated Cody Rhodes, Damien Sandow and Antonio Cesaro.
Randy Orton, Sheamus and Ryback defeated The Shield (Dark Match)
