Leah Messer's daughter, Aleeah, was seen crying on last week's Teen Mom 2 after primary custody of her and her twin sister, Ali, was given to their father.

While a judge ruled in Corey Simms' favor after reportedly learning that the twins had not been arriving to school on time, it seems that the children are having a hard time adjusting to the major life change.

"Last week on Teen Mom 2, Leah found out that Corey had won primary custody of their twins — and it looks like these little ladies had a hard time adjusting to the change," Us Weekly reported on Sunday. "Sure, Leah filed a motion for shared custody, but her twin daughters, Ali and Aleeah, were visibly upset to be without her."

After picking up her children from school, Aleeah became upset.

"I can't help it, I missed you!" Aleeah said while crying.

Aleeah also informed her mother that her sister had told their father that Messer hadn't been getting them to school at time.

"Why would you lie like that? First of all, you guys have no business worrying about what time you get to school," Messer snapped. "You guys just go to school. Me and your father handle what time you get to school."

Following her Oct. 2015 custody loss, Messer returned to court in January, where she and Simms "came to an agreement that works best for the girls."

According to an Us Weekly report at the time, Messer and Simms' mended custody arrangement required the former couple to "split the bills 50-50" as they continued to coparent.

“She was never asking for full custody,” the source explained. “She wants the girls to be able to see their dad.”

In addition to sharing time with the twins, a source claimed the judge on their case threw out allegations against Messer, which had claimed she was taking the kids to school late.

“[Leah] proved in court that the kids were not tardy to school, so the judge said there was no reason the kids shouldn’t be with their mom predominantly,” the insider explained.
