Yikes. It looks like Kate Middleton's critics will do just about anything these days to publicly ridicule her. In fact, the Duchess of Cambridge is once again under fire just because new photos reveal that she simply didn't have the time to get a pedicure before her state trip to India this week.

According to TMZ on Monday, Kate showed off her un-pedicured toes while taking her shoes off before stepping into the Gandhi Museum with her husband, Prince William.

The site wrote, "Kate's feet do NOT get the royal treatment. There is zero evidence of a pedicure or even nail polish. Sure, you'd expect her feet to be done up to the nines, but Kate clearly does things her way. So, there ya go ... a princess (duchess) is NOT always waited on hand and foot."

Many readers commented on the photos with, "Not what I expected for a princess, but I'd still rub them," along with, "Her toes look fine. She definitely takes care of the nails, even if she doesn't have color on them. She may have a light polish on them. She is known not to love colored polish. Also, it is not as popular in Europe as it is in the US."

Yet one fan managed to defend the Duchess by writing, "Nice to see she is not so superficial to worry about always having her toes done... much more important stuff going on the in the world."

The Duke and Duchess are on a week-long state trip to India and Bhutan. They left behind their two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, and home in the care of their trusted nannies.
