Jenelle Evans and her boyfriend, David Eason, are going strong.

For the last couple of months, the Teen Mom 2 stars have been traveling from New York City to Los Angeles, and enjoying time at home with their families, but as Evans continues to enjoy her new relationship, her drama with Nathan Griffith has continued.

Last month, in a custody suit against Griffith, via Radar Online, Evans claimed her ex-fiance “is not a fit and proper person to have custody” of their one-year-old son Kaiser, and said he doesn’t have “proper living arrangements," as he “has eviction papers pending against him.”

Evans also claimed that “upon reason and belief, Defendant [Griffith] is abusing illegal substances including steroids,” and brought up his “multiple arrests,” including his misdemeanor larceny charge and domestic violence case.

In her court papers, Evans requsted an “expedited hearing establishing temporary custody [to her] to stabilize the environment and to avoid emotional trauma resulting from the continued conflict between the parties,” and said she was seeking both temporary and permanent primary custody of Kaiser.

In response to Evans' papers, Griffith filled documents of his own, and in them, he accused the reality star of a secret suicide attempt, which Evans has since denied.

“That because of the separation of Plaintiff [Evans] and Defendant [Griffith], Plaintiff threatened self-harm and/or suicide and did, in fact, slice her wrists with a knife,” the papers read, according to a report by Radar Online last week.

“That when Plaintiff sliced her wrists… Plaintiff was taken to a hospital in Horry County where her self-inflicted knife wounds were sutured to stop the profuse bleeding,” Griffith alleged.
