Corey Simms and his family are extremely close, and often, his father shares photos of him and his daughters, twins Ali and Aleeah, 6, and his youngest child, Remington, 5 months.

On Tuesday, just hours after the latest episode of Teen Mom 2, Jeff Simms posted a throwback photo of his son, Corey, his wife, Miranda, his sister, Stephanie, and other members of their family on Twitter.

Jeff Simms has played a major role on Teen Mom 2 in recent years, and was by Corey's side as he fought for custody of his twins.

"Grace, Ali and me working on our circus act. #aligrace," Jeff wrote in the caption of the photo above, which featured him attempting to form a pyramid with his granddaughters.

While Corey was featured in a full-time role for the past several seasons of Teen Mom 2, a report last month claimed he and his wife, Miranda, had taken a step back from filming during season seven due to MTV's alleged failure to show the full story of Leah Messer's alleged addiction struggles.

“Corey feels MTV did him dirty,” a friend of Corey's told Radar Online, claiming his ex-wife got off easy for her behavior. “He thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, ‘This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is the reality.’ Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason.”

So, rather than continue full-time, revealed the source, “Corey told MTV just what he thought about the situation, and said that he and Miranda would not film nearly as much as in past seasons. Producers understood.”

For more of Corey Simms and his family, tune into Teen Mom 2 season seven on Mondays at 10 p.m. on MTV, and check out a sneak peek of next week's episode, which features a tipsy Leah Messer, below.
