Jenelle Evans Boyfriend: 'Teen Mom 2' Custody Battle, Nathan Griffith Girlfriend [VIDEO]
Jenelle Evans and her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith, are still feuding over the custody of their one-year-old son, Kaiser.
Although the boy lives with the Teen Mom 2 star full time, the former couple is sharing custody with one another and Evans claims it is not going well.
"It's just a lot of butting heads right now," Evans told PEOPLE Magazine in March. "I think he's really not putting all personal issues aside – he's not making it just about Kaiser. I think he's really jealous of David. He's claiming I'm letting Kaiser called David 'Dada,' but Kaiser knows David by 'David' – I would never do that to Kaiser and I would never do that to Nathan because that's unfair."
Meanwhile, Evans is involved in an ongoing case with Griffith's girlfriend, Jessica Henry, following an Aug. 2015 arrest in which Evans was accused of throwing a glass at Henry's head.
"She went to step out of the truck, so I went to go throw water on her and the glass slipped out of my hand and hit her on my head. Then when I turned around to go away to walk back inside, she threw the glass at me," Evans claimed.
And now, according to the reality star, "she's saying that she never threw the glass, but if both of them are the Christians they are when we go to testify on stand, she has to put her hand on that Bible and she's going to have to tell the truth."
Although Evans was hoping to convince Griffith and Henry to have the case against her dropped, there doesn't appear to be any plans to do so.
"I said: 'Look, if you're going to be with her for the rest of your life, we all have to get along,' " Evans said. "He doesn't want to drop it – or he said that she doesn't feel like she should drop it because 'no one like me' should get away it, 'a person like me' shouldn't get away with something like that."
