Former Jersey Shore star Jenni "JWoww" Farley will guest star in the online soap opera One Life to Live.

The reality star will play Nikki, a bartender at the club Shelter, in an episode that will air on April 29 on Hulu, Hulu Plus and iTunes.

The soap opera aired from 1968 to 2012 on ABC but was cut by the network because of high production costs and low ratings, according to Digital Spy.

A release from The Online Network, which is now producing the series, stated that JWOwwi's character "can mix an Alabama Slammer as well as ... flirt with customers." Club owner Blair Cramer (Kassie DePaiva) also knows "that it's best to keep an eye on Nikki so things don't get out of control,"

While rehearsing an on-screen slap with co-star Josh Kelly, who plays Cutter Wentworth, JWOww got so into character that she forgot the acting part- Kelly had asked her to try out the "pretend" slap they learned and she instead gave him a real slap, according to TOLN.

While the addition of JWoww has many viewers thrilled, many of more exciting about the revival of the show itself, according to The Inquisitr. Soap operas have purged as networks are going for cheaper and easier ways to produce daytime talk shows. But One Life To Live seems to have a chance.

The franchise will play in 30-minute episodes each weekday and is available for online streaming.
