Mike Shouhed News: 'Shahs Of Sunset' Divorce, Jessica Parido Update [VIDEO]
Mike Shouhed may be going through a divorce, but that hasn't dampered his excitement in Shahs Of Sunset's currently airing season.
Earlier this month on Facebook, the Shahs Of Sunset star revealed the fifth season of the Bravo reality series would be "the most explosive season yet!!"
"This year, we will have record breaking numbers for viewership," Shouhed promised his fans and followers. "Thank you-the fans, the promoters, the haters, the pessimist and the racialist (Ali G Voice)...for making Shahs Of Sunset what is is today...A Massive Hit Show #Bravo."
Days later, ahead of the season five premiere, Shouhed shared another post with fans, in which he admitted to getting emotional while watchinig the first episode.
"I See You...You Can See Me...Tomorrow Night; Super emotional episode, I shed a couple tears watching it," he wrote on Facebook. "(Yes, we get to preview it before the world sees it). You all will have a lot to talk about after you watch."
As for Shouhed's divorce, which came just eight months after his marriage, he recently opened up about the split on Watch What Happens Live.
"We're separated in the middle of our divorce," Shouhed told host Andy Cohen, according to a report by The Daily Dish. "In California, there's a six-month cooling off period."
"I'm very fortunate. After our problems, I guess, and going back-and-forth being very aggressive with each other, now we've become a little more cordial with each other," Shouhed continued. "So we keep in touch. We touch base. Look, five years together, she was 21 when I met her, so we shared a lot of memories in very pivotal years of her life. I love Jessica. I will always love her. It's been very hard for us through this entire process. I went through months of depression, and I've finally worked up the courage to start dating again, and it's hard for the both of us because we shared so many memories."
