Due to a two-tournament winning streak, Tiger Woods is considered the clear-cut favorite to nab the Masters' crown. The star golfer is going for his fifth green jacket and 15th major overall.
Woods is coming off of two victories, which were at the Cadillac Championship on March 10 and the Arnold Palmer Invitational on March 25.
Woods, who seemingly struggled in the recent past, hasn't performed this effectively since 2008, when he was victorious in three tournaments prior to the Masters.
Interestingly enough, it was also the last time he has won a major since injuring his knee and his infidelity scandal dominated the tabloids.
While doing press on Tuesday, Woods seemed at ease as he addressed his newfound happiness.
"I think it's just a balance, a balance in life. I think that's what you're seeing," he said.
Woods recently went public in March with his new relationship to professional skier Lindsay Vonn.
The golfer's resurgence has put many of his competitors on notice, including four-time major crown winner Phil Mickerson, who also spoke to reporters.
"You're always worried about him making that big run the way he's always done throughout his career," he said.
