Tamara Ecclestone, the daughter of former Armani model Slavica Ecclestone and Formula 1 mogul Bernie Ecclestone, has recently graced the cover of Playboy's May 2013 issue. The British model gives a new meaning to the word glam in the eight-page pictorial inside the magazine.

The brunette bombshell poses on the front page with diamonds sprinkled over her breasts and a large multi-faceted crystal placed delicately above her private part.

Playboy posted a few teasers from the photo shoot via their Instagram page and provided another one on their official Vine account.

According to EOnline.com, the 28-year-old beauty said in a statement, "I am so proud of this beautiful shoot."

"As a woman, I believe you have to embrace your body, and feel beautiful both inside and out! Playboy is so iconic, and for nearly 60 years, the magazine has featured some of the world's most beautiful women in its pages," she said. "I am extremely honored to be part of this legacy as the magazine's May cover girl!"

In the accompanying interview, the socialite reportedly discusses the success of her Formula 1 father and expressed her desire to become an independent entrepreneur on her own terms.

Tamara tells Playboy, "Every time I come here, people say to me, 'Oh you're the European Paris Hilton'. I'm the opposite of that."

"I know I'm never going to be as successful as my dad, but I get bored doing nothing. I couldn't go from vacation to vacation and have no motivation," she stated.

The Milan born heiress is not only working as a model and TV personality but she is also proud of her TV her philanthropic efforts.
