The Miami area is making sure to keep the celebration alive for this Independence Day with several 4th of July fireworks events and other festivals.

Fire on the Fourth, Presented by Coca-Cola
Where: North Shore Park Bandshell
When: 9 a.m-9 p.m.

About: Featuring food trucks, free entertainment and live music, fireworks and the Grand Funk Railroad
America's Birthday Bash, Presented by Budweiser
Where: Bayfront Park and Bayside Marketplace
When: Noon-Midnight, Fireworks at 9 p.m.

About: Featuring a Kid Zone, food, beverages, a petting zoo, giveaways and live music
4th of July Celebration and Fireworks
Where: Peacock Park in Coconut Grove
When: 6:00-9:00 p.m., Fireworks at 9 p.m.
Admission: Free
About: Event also features a picnic and a hot dog eating competition
July 4th Fireworks Celebration
Where: Biltmore Hotel, Coral Gables
When: 5-11 p.m. Live concert at 7 p.m. and fireworks at 9 p.m.

About: Hosted by CBS 4 evening newscast anchors Eliott Rodriguez, Rick Folbaum and Irika Sargent, with the Greater Miami Symphonic Band and concessions for sale
