Ciara And Russell Wilson News: NFL Star Gushes About Wife & Being A Stepdad [VIDEO]
Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is still in newlywed bliss just weeks after his wedding ceremony with singer and model Ciara.
The NFL star couldn’t help but take a moment and gush about his new wife and her son, baby Future, at the Charles Smith Wines Jet City event in Seattle earlier this week.
“I walked into this lady’s life and she walked into mine,” Wilson started. “She’s been an inspiration since day one and her little one too.”
He went on to open up about being a stepdad to the child, whose biological father is rapper Future.
“I was saying to somebody the other day that being a stepfather is one of the most loving things you can do. You know, you really, really learn how to love, love. Because especially when it’s not yours, you know, you realize that every kid matters in the world.”

And that’s not the first time he has showed love for the mommy and son duo in public. He posted an Instagram photo of them together on a beach and wrote, “These two are my inspiration. Pure Joy & Real Love. #GratefulHeart” earlier this week.

And of course it’s safe to say that Ciara feels the same when it comes to her husband. That same day she shared a snapshot of them and added the caption, “I Love Me Sum’ Him…”
Ciara and Wilson made headlines when they decided to wait until their wedding night to consummate their marriage.
