They were reportedly going through a rough patch due to the distance between them while she's on her U.S. Tour, but it appears the rumors that Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani were going through a "rough patch" are incredibly false.

In Touch recently reported that the pair, who are speculated to be making plans for a wedding that neither one has confirmed, have hit some problems during the process, especially as Stefani performs on her This Is What The Truth Feels Like tour. Mainly, sources allegedly told the magazine, their problems arise from Stefani wondering if they have moved too fast.

"Gwen and Blake have hit a rough patch in their relationship," the source reportedly said. "Now with some distance between them, Gwen's had doubts, even as they are interviewing wedding planners. She's wondering if they got serious too fast, before she had time to process her break up with Gavin [Rossdale]."

The source also alleged however that the two would get through their problems because they were in love, and the plans for a "Christmas" wedding were still in full swing.

Neither Stefani nor Shelton has confirmed rumors of their supposed wedding plans, but Gossip Cop has reported that regardless of whether they're planning a wedding or not, the rumors of the rough patch aren't true.

One of the things the website points out as being proof the magazine got it wrong was that they also quoted the source as saying that the doubts were surfacing as Stefani and Shelton prepared to celebrate their upcoming one-year anniversary, though that still is a few months away, since the two were only spotted together in public a few times at the end of October 2015, before going public with the relationship in early November.

A wedding within a year doesn't seem likely for the pair either. Shelton's first wife, Kaynette Williams, was his long-time girlfriend before they married in 2003, and he and Miranda Lambert dated for five years before tying the knot in 2011.

Stefani meanwhile, met Rossdale in 1995 and didn't marry him until 2002.
